Court TODAY!!!

November 12 is finally here!  Today that judge looks at our dossier, the children's paperwork, and any governmental paperwork necessary for a successful adoption.  W and A's birth mothers must also be present at court.  As long as every piece of paper is in the file the judge sees, and as long as both birth moms are in court, then Little Eden W and Littler Tobias A will be Sneads TODAY!  The good news is that after 4 fails in our agency as a result of the MOWA letter, the last 5 families have all been "passes"!  We are hopeful that today is our day, but also know that one piece of paper can make the difference between passing today and needing to wait another month for the judge to hear our case a second time.

Please pray with us that all necessary paperwork is in the file.  Please pray for W and A's birthmoms.  Pray for them as they stand before the judge and declare one last time that they are not able to care for their children.  Pray that even in the midst of their grief that they would have peace knowing that their children will have a mommy and a daddy who will love them wholeheartedly and are able to provide for all of their needs.

We hope to have news by midnight China time (though it could potentially be a couple of hours later).  That's about 11am EST.  We'll post the news soon after we get the call.
